RISC President, Stamatis Ferarolis, is a graduate of the University of South Florida and has led many successful ventures, all related to the automotive industry. He is currently the founder and president of Asset Investigations and Recovery, Inc., with offices located throughout Florida. Asset Investigations and Recovery is a Florida Licensed Collateral Recovery and Private Investigation Agency offering asset and collateral recovery services, Private Investigation services and Locksmith services. He is a member of the American Recovery Association (ARA) and the Florida Alliance of Certified Asset Recovery Specialists (FLACARS).
Stamatis is dedicated to the continued professional growth of the collateral recovery industry through education, professional certification, technology, risk management, and Compliance Training. Through RISC he also consults, provides expert witness testimony, and teaches throughout the country.
Brad has been involved in the repossession industry for nearly a quarter of a century. He has owned a recovery agency that operated in two states with multiple office locations. This repossession company executed thousands of successful repossessions every year for over 100 steady clients without incident.
As a repossession company owner, he ensured that he and his agents conducted their duties in a professional manner that exceeded case law and never engaged in activities that were not 100% honorable. His high standard resulted in his agents being the highest yearly paid agents in his area.
As the owner of Repo Industry, he has worked diligently to maintain his involvement with repossession issues as a consultant for countless repossession companies in nearly every state.

Robert A. Cook
Robert is a founding partner in the Hudson Cook, LLP Maryland office. His practice includes assisting national and state banks, savings associations, credit unions, mortgage bankers and other licensed lenders in the development and maintenance of nationwide consumer finance programs; the creation of co-branded credit card arrangements; and the purchase and sale of credit card and other consumer loan portfolios.
Robert was a Founding Member and current President of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers. He is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
Robert received his law degree in 1981 from Georgetown University Law Center where he was also a staff member for the American Criminal Law Review. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington and Lee University.
Eric L. Johnson
Eric is a partner in the Hudson Cook, LLP Oklahoma City office. Eric assists DMS providers of documents and software with federal and state law compliance. He provides responses to regulator examinations; provides comments on proposed statutes and regulations to legislators and regulators; and assists financial services providers with statutory and regulatory changes occasioned by the Dodd-Frank Act.
Eric is listed in the 2016 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® in the practice areas of Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Litigation and Litigation-Banking & Finance. He is Chair of the Financial Institutions and Commercial Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association, a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel. Eric serves as Chair to the Legal Committee for the National Automotive Finance Association.
Eric received his law degree in 1994 from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
